Psychotherapy practice in Denver, specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
I am a psychologist with a PhD from Harvard University and 14 years of clinical experience. I work with adults and older adolescents who want to engage in individual therapy in order to build new patterns of behavior, make real changes, and reduce their suffering. I offer therapy for a variety of concerns, including relationship issues, stress management, work issues, and health-related problems. In addition to private practice, I am a co-founder of Impact Psychology Colorado (www.impactpsychcolorado.com), co-host of a psychology podcast (www.offtheclockpsych.com), and a psychologist at Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center.
I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other cutting-edge, research-backed forms of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for a wide variety of concerns. As an ACT therapist, I focus on helping people change their relationships with their thoughts and emotions, in order to build awareness and create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Finding the right therapist can be challenging. I offer free 15-minute phone consultation, so that you can get a sense of how I work and I can answer any questions you might have.
